My Story
Hi, I’m Rachael.
For over 15 years, I worked in healthcare, with experience in breast imaging and patient navigation. During that time, I had the privilege of walking beside women through some of the most uncertain moments of their breast health journey.
What I learned is this: the hardest part is not always the appointment itself.
Sometimes it is the waiting. The unfamiliar words. The follow-up imaging. The biopsy recommendation. The questions you forget to ask until you get home. The fear of not knowing what comes next.
That is why I created Breast Health with Rachael.
This space is here to help women navigate breast health with more clarity, confidence, and compassion. My goal is not to replace your healthcare team, but to help you feel more informed, prepared, and supported as you move through each step of the process.
Here, you’ll find breast health education, questions to ask your doctor, book recommendations, practical resources, recovery support, and gentle guidance for every stage of the journey.
Whether you are preparing for a mammogram, waiting for results, facing a biopsy, navigating a diagnosis, supporting someone you love, or rebuilding after treatment — I hope this space helps you feel a little less alone.
